Mitarbeiter effizient qualifizierenOur SICODA Trainer is a long-tested, easy-to-use e-learning tool for companies and their employees. Since its launch in 2010, more than 100 companies and more than 10,000 participants have taken advantage of our program. The SICODA Trainer was developed with the aim to be easy to use for the participants.
After successful participation in a course, a certificate of attendance is automatically issued to each participant.
System prerequisites:
The SICODA trainer runs on our servers. Participants follow a link on the Internet and only need a browser that is up-to-date. After a short introduction on our e-learning platform, participants enter a password and can start the course immediately.

GDPR EMPLOYEE TRAINING
Companies are required to regularly sensitize their employees to data protection compliance in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This is usually done by the data protection officer or by booking this course for employees who process personal data.
IT SECURITY AT WORK (SECURITY AWARENESS)
The basic requirements of data protection at the workplace are explained to the participants, especially with regard to IT security requirements.
GPDR AND BANKING SECRECY
Banking secrecy and the GDPR protect customers’ financial data. Participants learn which specific measures and specifications must be respected.
GPDR IN MEDICAL FACILITIES
Health data is particularly sensitive and worthy of protection. Hospitals and medical facilities therefore have a special responsibility towards their patients. Participants will be made aware of this challenge and will learn how to safely handle patient data.
GPDR IN SOCIAL FACILITIES
Social data protection has been an important area of data protection even before the introduction of the GDPR. In social institutions and organizations, sensitive personal data is essential for the appropriate care of the people concerned. GPDR IN CALL-CENTERS
A large amount of personal data is stored in call centers – including the recording of calls for quality control purposes. A central issue is the proportionality of data processing and storage in order to protect the data of both customers and employees.

BASIC
The SICODA Trainer Basic variant can be booked very easily and is ready for use within two hours.
Professional
With the SICODA Trainer Professional version, you can customize the existing content and add your own content. It is also possible to use a company logo.
Group
Has the same features as the Professional version, but in addition to that the course can be adjusted to your corporate design.
SCORM
The de facto standard for e-learning management systems. With our SCORM course you can integrate the SICODA Trainer content into your own platform. Whether Moodle, OLAT or SAP Successfactor, SCORM is supported by all current e-learning systems and HR management systems.
